Investigating the effect of service compensation system on attracting and retaining specialized human resources in the field of electronics (Case study: Electronic services offices of Tehran Municipality, Region 2)

Abstract

Organizations need new and fresh thoughts, ideas, ideas to survive and continue their constructive role, so that they can ensure their dynamism by receiving new perspectives based on field research and ideas and theories, otherwise they are declining and disappearing. The resistance of organizations to global and regional changes and developments has led to their elimination and will not even be able to maintain the status. Because the diverse and complex needs of human beings lead to creativity and innovation in human life so that they can develop individual and collective talents and find material and spiritual benefits in the shadow of it; The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of municipal services compensation system in attracting and retaining specialized human capital and to provide a proposed model. The method of the present research is a descriptive one which has been done by the survey method and is considered as a part of applied research in terms of purpose; The instrument of the present study is a questionnaire whose validity has been confirmed by the supervisors, consultants and experts of Tehran Municipality and its reliability has been more than 0.7 for each variable. The statistical population of the present study includes managers and employees of electronic services offices in District 2 of Tehran Municipality, which is a total of 400 people; Taking into account the error rate of 0.5, the probability of success of 0.5 and the target population of 400 persons, the number of samples required for this study was determined to be about 196 persons.; Data analysis was performed according to the regression test and the results showed a positive and significant effect of the service compensation system on the recruitment and retention of specialized manpower in Tehran Municipality and among the only hypotheses; The effect of direct service compensation in Tehran Municipality has not been confirmed
