These challenges are not limited to the monetary and banking system and its scope is so wide that it affects other areas of society and science such as law, jurisprudence, economics and politics and puts a wide range of micro and macro questions and ambiguities before them. have given. Therefore, the present article introduces and examines digital currencies and their impact on the economy of Iranian society.<br />Keywords: virtual currencies, monetary and banking system, opportunities and threats چکیده:<br />ارزهای مجازی، نظام پولی و بانکی و فلسفه وجودی آن‌ها را به چالش کشیده‌اند. این چالش‌ها تنها به نظام پولی و بانکی محدود نگردیده و دامنه آن به حدی گسترده است که حوزه‌های دیگر جامعه و علوم مانند حقوق، فقه، اقتصاد و سیاست را نیز متأثر ساخته و خیل وسیعی از پرسش‌ها و ابهامات خرد و کلان را پیش روی آن‌ها قرار داده است. توجه رواج گسترده و فزاینده استفاده از این ارزها، سیاست نادیده انگاشتن و معطل نمودن شیوه برخورد با این نوع ارزها روش مناسبی برای مقابله با واقعیت‌های پیش رو نیست و استخراج حکم فقهی نحوه استفاده از ارزهای دیجیتال توسط مراجع تقلید و شورای فقهی بانک مرکزی، معین نمودن ماهیت ارزهای مجازی به‌عنوان کالا یا پول، آگاه‌سازی مردم پیرامون ساختار این نوع ارزها (فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها) از طریق رسانه ملی، اتخاذ تدابیر لازم از سوی مجلس شورای اسلامی و اجرای صحیح مقررات از مسیر سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور و شورای عالی مبارزه با پول‌شویی و... می‌تواند نقش اساسی در کاهش تهدیدهای ارزهای دیجیتال و بهره‌مندی از مزایا و فرصت‌های ایجادشده اقتصادی این نوع رمز ارزها داشته باشد. لذا مقاله حاضر به معرفی و بررسی ارزهای دیجیتال و تأثیر آن‌ها بر اقتصاد جامعه ایران پرداخته است.<br />واژگان کلیدی: ارزهای مجازی، نظام پولی و بانکی، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها http://www.kdip.ir/article_138776_9e1dd11746f348061c45d90b0be0c9db.pdf
