In the era of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, as one of the fundamental technologies of the current century, plays an important role in improving productivity, quality, and organizational decision-making. One of the most important areas of application of this technology is quality control systems in organizations, which, by utilizing machine learning algorithms, machine vision, and big data analysis, can significantly increase inspection accuracy, error detection speed, and production process efficiency. This study uses an analytical-review approach to examine the challenges and opportunities of implementing artificial intelligence in organizational quality control systems. The results show that artificial intelligence provides opportunities such as optimizing production processes, reducing human costs, predictive maintenance of equipment, improving customer experience, and intelligent human resource management. However, obstacles such as lack of technological infrastructure, technical complexity, lack of skilled labor, ethical and security issues, and organizational resistance to change are among the fundamental challenges in the successful implementation of this technology. The present study emphasizes that achieving sustainable competitive advantage through institutionalizing artificial intelligence in the organizational structure will only be possible with strategic planning, employee training, and synergy between humans and technology.
