Abstract
Entering the field of online sales has brought a lot of benefits for businesses, both from the perspective of strategy, which has provided the possibility of cost management and leadership, and from the perspective of marketing, which has eliminated the limitations of time and place and the possibility of quick access. And it has provided easy access to products and on the other hand, it has made it possible to manage the customer experience, which is one of the most fundamental challenges of businesses in the online space.

The upcoming research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of factors affecting the customer experience in online shopping with a focus on online sales (Mashhad leather). This research is descriptive-survey in terms of its nature and method, and it is applied in terms of its purpose. The statistical population includes; Customers of Mashhad leather online store. 384 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. In order to obtain the information required for the research, a questionnaire was used, and finally, the data obtained from the sample study was analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results of data analysis showed the factors; Reliability and time saved have a significant impact on the experience of customers in online shopping
