Abstract
information technology has increasingly affected higher education. The use of e-learning technology has improved students' flexibility and increased learning output. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting students' willingness to continue using electronic learning systems. In terms of the purpose of this research, it is an applied-theoretical research, and in terms of how to obtain data, it is a descriptive-correlation research. To collect data, the field method and the tools of developed questionnaires measured with a 5-point Likert scale were used. The statistical population of the present study was the students of the universities of Sari city who have used the electronic learning system. Using targeted non-random sampling method, 384 people were selected as a sample and the questionnaire was distributed among them. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed through content validity, convergent and divergent validity, and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Also, descriptive statistics related to the data collected through SPSS software and analytical statistics were analyzed through structural equation modeling method (partial least squares) and using SmartPLS software. The most important innovative aspect of this research is adding the factors of content quality and enjoyment to the base model. The results showed that the parameters of content quality, perceived usefulness, confirmation, enjoyment, goal compatibility, incentives and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on students' willingness to continue using electronic learning systems. The results of this research help university officials and managers to increase the frequent use of electronic education system among students.
