The purpose of the present research is to study the relationship between creativity and knowledge management with four components (discovery and creation of knowledge, preservation and maintenance, knowledge establishment and sharing, knowledge) according to the nature of the subject and the goals of the research, the present research is descriptive of the correlation type and the statistical population of the research includes There are 1100 employees, official, contractual and contractual staff of the Social Security Organization, based on Morgan's sampling table, 285 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method to collect information from the two standard questionnaires of Robins' creativity and Joseph's knowledge management. Haddad has been used to analyze the data, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression statistical methods have been used, and spss statistical software was used in this regard. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and knowledge management. and also knowledge management components can predict creativity.

The promotion of organizational creativity based on knowledge and foundation can be very efficient in dealing with environmental threats. Knowledge management is a management tool to achieve the organization's goals. The implementation of knowledge management by considering information technology - culture - motivation analysis - can be a strategy for good luck. Organizational creativity.
