The Affect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction with Mederating of Work Commitment in the Khorasan Razavi railway movement office

Abstract
Human capital and human resources development are key issues of the present era. For, long-term maintenance of this capital, deep studies and effective efforts are needed. One of the most important human resource issues in this era is job satisfaction of employees. It is clear that employee job satisfaction is one of the important factors in increasing efficiency, commitment, morale and love to work. Since organizational culture, due to its inherent nature and its importance, can affect many factors in the organization, it is expected to have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction through mediation of Work commitment among employees of Khorasan railway movement office. This research is applied and descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research includes 247 employees of the Khorasan railway office that Using simple random sampling method, 148 people were selected as the statistical sample. Accordingly, the questionnaire had a good validity. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure reliability. In the present study, the reliability test was performed by SPIASAS software, that values for all variables and dimensions were higher of 0.7. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and Work commitment. There is also no positive and significant relationship between organizational culture through Work commitment and job satisfaction.
